Preliminary work continues to transform the Lagoon at Veteran's Park into a pro-tour ski site...banners are up, slalom course is in, jump is ready to be anchored into its prime position - and more to come tomorrow and Thursday!

Just a few reminders & updates
SKIERS MTG AT 6:30 PM ON-SITE, THURSDAY August 2nd
Registration will be done at the banquet (goody bags, wristbands, etc)
In order to get your "goodies" - we need an updated bio for use by our announcers and webcast - a form is attached
BANQUET at 7:00 PM ON-SITE, FRIDAY August 3rd
CHAMPIONSHIP PRESENTATION immediately following events on Saturday, August 4th
SITE TEAR DOWN WILL HAPPEN SATURDAY / SUNDAY - we will be looking for volunteers to help with some key activities Saturday night (pulling out jump ramp and loading trailers) as well as Sunday morning. A sign-up sheet will be available onsite Thursday, and we will be requesting support to ensure that we can return the site to the Parks department in "better shape than we found it"

This weekend (Friday / Saturday) we will have some early start times (e.g. 7:45 am), please ensure that if you're one of the first skiers each day to be onsite, ready to go at 7:45 am (as we will be with the boats).
