We are saddened to share a dear friend and true ambassador of our sport passed away this morning after a tough battle with cancer. Dana Reed embodied selflessness, passion and persistence. Many of us were fortunate enough to be touched by him during his time on earth but it won't stop there. His legacy will live on in the hearts of our athletes, in the dedication of volunteers and in the promotion of the sport he loved. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones and family right now. As you can see from the facebook posts among our skiing community, Dana's life and efforts will be surely missed but never forgotten.
