Vienna/Fischlham, September 2012 – SansRival is the European Waterski Champion. The Austrian premium waterski producer is the outfitter of the current European champion, Genadi Guralia (Georgia). He competed against 80 participants from 21 countries and won by a landslide - in both in the trick section as well as the slalom category. Numerous other SansRival athletes impressed in Fischlhalm: Franz Oberleitner dominated in the jumping competition for which he won a gold medal as well as winning the silver medal for his slalom performance. Frank Schulze was part of the Austrian team that won a gold medal. What is the communality between Oberleitner, Guralia and Schulze? – SansRival’s high-end carbon waterski “made in Austria”. At the end of October SansRival will send Guralia und Oberleitner to the World Cup in Mexico.
“In the past two years, we worked together with athletes to achieve the first great successes. Now we achieved our first goal in Europe by supporting the European Champion. In the coming years SansRival will work hard on supporting even more top athletes and their ambitions to get into the top league of waterski”, explained Alexander Munninger, CEO of SansRival and label-mastermind.
