Looking for carbon fin for HO

Do you want the std HO shape or the Redim shape. I have both.

Sweet, I actually don't know what a "redim" shape is?  I will probably go with a std.  What flex is it?  I ski 34 mph, consistent -35, but not 38.  thx

The std HO shape one is the 105+

Probably the right flex if you're skiing that short. John would know.

If you need it I'll send it to you, try it, if you don't like it send it back.

105 is very soft. Generally for lighter skiers.

I thought the 88+ was the soft one and the 105+ was the stiffer one...

i think you mean the 106 GT. the 105 is the softest, then the 88, 106, 116.

The 88 seems out of order but the name is a code for that layup. The 106 is the fin that most skiers like best. The 116 was an attempt to recreate the 98i and that is a very long story.

 what fin would you have suggested for me on a 67 Monza 22/28 off 34mph 162lbs?

If you do the math on how many people on earth can run 28 off or more vs the number of fins sold I did pretty darn well. As skis get better I think the fins are less needed. A few of the 08 skis still do better with a non-AL fin but I see a trend where what I was giving the skiers is now built into  some skis.

Just got the fin, thanks Richard.  I may throw it on tomorrow before we fly out to AZ for some end of the year tournaments Saturday and Sunday.  Mmmm, decisions.

We drained our lake a few weeks ago in order to dig it deeper and do some  some maitenance.  As I got off the paddle wheel scraper near the ball three area I see Horton's Signiature staring back at me from the cracked muddy surface below.  Low and behold it was the my Carbon Fin I lost off my Monza earlier in the year.  Awesome!!!!!!
