Pleasurecraft engines

Has anyone bought one of these 343 or ZR409 engines from Discount Inboard Marine? Fairly easy setup? What else did you have to buy? I may get one for my 98 SN.

Never bought one; but, DIM is great to work with and they have great technical and customer service.

I would certainly talk to both DIM and Pleasurecraft. The ZR 409 is a fair amount different, just a matter of how the marinizer (Pleasurecraft) set it up as to how easy the swap will be. Throttle control mechanism will be different and might need some specific engine mount hardware. ECU will be unique. The ZR is an LS version of the small block, all aluminum nice and light. Very nice unit.
