Does anybody else have to hit refresh constantly?

Even now that I've got a Win7 machine running Chrome, it seems that more than half the time I get an old version of any page under the forums. Usually, but not always, hitting Refresh fixes the problem.

 

Sometimes the only way I can get the latest version is to manually alter the URL by removing the subject -- i.e. making the thread number the last thing in the URL.

 

Anybody seen anything like this or -- better yet -- know how to fix it?

Just a Masters Degree. I'm a scrub.

 

But in any case I know slightly less than nothing about web development.
