What is a 2 round 4 pass minimum tournament?

This year I started skiing tournaments again after taking a decade off. I forgot how much fun they can be! Our ski season here in Colorado is coming to a very fast close and I don't want to be done yet. I started searching warmer climates to find a tournament. I am looking at the Harvest Moon tournament at Mission Bay. It is a little different in the fact that it has no entry fee listed and no maximum entries. In the events and classes category it says 2 round 4 pass minimum. Is this a real tournament or just practice with a bunch of skiers? Has or is anyone planning on going this year? Doesn't matter I will probly fly out and ski it no matter what just wanted to know what to expect.

I'm guessing a Grass Roots or "Fun" tourney. My daughter signs up for these, mostly held in conjunction with class C or R. This is typically cheaper and you are garentied 4 passes regardless of any fall or miss for each round. It just doesn't count towards your rankings I believe.
