crashman
I love this video- reminds me that just 2 summers ago before I found buoys and a guy with a RLXI my main pull was a bass tracker deck boat. When my dad (who is 66) skis he likes me to lengthen the rope and make the wake bigger so he can rest behind the boat "where it's smooth"
Baller Chef23 Posted November 21, 2011 Baller Share Posted November 21, 2011 Brent the music on that last video made me want to puncture my eardrums.
Baller eddie_roberts_jr Posted November 22, 2011 Baller Share Posted November 22, 2011 Who needs waterboarding when this song is available? It would be less humane but they'd talk.

Baller 6balls Posted November 24, 2011 Baller Share Posted November 24, 2011 I still have love for the basic joy of skiing, and sharing the time in and behind the boat w/other skiers. At the end of the day...I enjoy that far more than practice or tourney PB's. Time in or behind the boat is my little escape from the pressures of life (in my case, self-induced). Having said that...I really want to run 38 w/regularity!!
Baller fu_man Posted November 24, 2011 Baller Share Posted November 24, 2011 Any ideas what kind of boat that is in the Nov 21 video? It looks narrow.

Baller Razorskier1 Posted November 24, 2011 Baller Share Posted November 24, 2011 Still got the joy. When it is windy I just find a smooth shoreline and open water ski. Probably do that at least once a week on average. I just love being on my ski, behind my boat, and skimming across the top of the water!
Baller Razorskier1 Posted November 25, 2011 Baller Share Posted November 25, 2011 Brent -- awesome video and perfect music! As a guy who gets up at 5:15 and typically leaves his dock at 6:15, that early morning experience is right up my alley.
Baller_ RichardDoane Posted November 27, 2011 Baller_ Share Posted November 27, 2011 I typically never "free ski" because it's the challenge of the buoys that motivates me, but once in a while for a change you gotta "shake it up" a bit, and do something a little different. 30 mph is a fun speed, and a "wide ride" ski makes it really comfortable. Radar P6 is the weapon of choice.

Baller_ RichardDoane Posted November 28, 2011 Baller_ Share Posted November 28, 2011 42 water, 45 air, so 87 +/- 1, I live just west of the airport in Seattle, Broho is about an hour south, this was actually the most wind we've had in a while. If you're local and want to get a ski ride, email richard@burienautorepair.com.
