Glen Plake. Avalanche

Glen is also an adv-id slalom skier.

They were attempting to snow ski one of the highest peaks in the world. Their are a number of climbers still missing and eight known dead, Sad news ! However glad That my waterski buddy survived. Our prayers go out to the stricken family's.

I read about that, too. sounds like he got pretty mauled, but he is way lucky to be alive. That above 20k alpine mountaineering s--t is crazy. Inspiring and beautiful, but crazy.
