Even the Weather Channel (what ever that's worth...) is forecasting ABOVE normal Temps for the entire U.S. (except the Pacific N/W and the West Coast) in March. BTW, @Shane TX. is forecasted way above the norm. for March! Thank you Phil, I wuz about to go all Jack Nicholson or somethin'... @ScotChipman, what are you seeing?
