Baller Stevie Boy Posted March 15, 2013 Baller Share Posted March 15, 2013 A couple of buddies and myself, Just spent 10 days skiing, in Orlando with Jason Seels, had a Great time, really convenient location at the back of Disney, Buena Vista Area, Lake Sharpe. Very relaxing and accommodating venue, Jason is generous with his time and is a Great coach, he can coach all three disciplines, Jump, Trick and Slalom from beginner to Professional Level. Many Thanks Jason your time was much appreciated. For more Info: www.jasonseels.com

Baller Stevie Boy Posted March 15, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted March 15, 2013 Walked away with Mapple 6.0, absoutley love it,I have been looking for some time for a replacement which ski,s similar or better than my old sixam 2.0, it's what I have been looking for, it,s Stable, Quick and Turns very well, Andy adjusted it for me, when I measured it, quite different from factory, I brought the 66.75" my settings ended up at (with goode slot caliper so dft cold be .780 standard with normal calipers). Length 6.818 DFT .777 Depth 2.500 wing 8 degrees and bindings standard. Regards

Baller Stevie Boy Posted March 15, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted March 15, 2013 Ed would be interested, if those settings suit you or if I am just an oddball, Andy stated that it looked like, the ski would work better for me if it was Looser, hence the settings that I ended up with. Baller Ed_Johnson Posted March 16, 2013 Baller Share Posted March 16, 2013 I've skied with Andy and found his advice to be spot on...I like mine like a Gun with a hair trigger so set it up at 6.810...2.508...0.777..8 degrees...It is a 68.5" and has different factory numbers than yours...Glad your happy with yours...I may be an oddball also since I have never skied factory settings...You have to find what feels good to you and gives you confidence...Nothing odd about that.
