Baller’s Bash Atlanta

You guys begged for a Baller's Bash so George @OB and I are making it happen*. Now I need you guys to show up. This will be a killer ski vacation. Demo skis on Wednesday &Thursday, ski the tournament, spend a few says at the Masters and then rub shoulders with the Pros back at Atlanta on Monday.

 

If you have never seen the Masters it should be on your bucket list.

 

Do I really have to beg you guys to come ski with @Mapple Thursday? Really?

 

We will soon announce the demo day with another factory for Wednesday.

 

So the deal is that we need you guys to get your entries in. We have room in every division except Open Men. Have you ever seen the Open Men in person? Have you ever dreamt of hanging out on a tournament starting dock with Asher, Parrish and Smith? This is your chance.

 

If you are an Open Woman skier, we are so short on entries that we may cancel the division. If you do not enter ASAP please do not complain when you do not get to ski.

 

@Brady are you bringing the Kilo Kai? If so bring extra for @TFIN

 

*Honestly @OB and @MattP are doing a lot more than me but I am taking credit. Matt is used to this by now.

Man, I wish I could come. But we're holding a 2 day/6 rounder that weekend at our lake. So no time to get away. :(

@Horton I think you forgot to mention that the Demo sets for the Mapple 6.0 are $40.. $40 people to take a set with @Mapple on his new ski.

 

On this lake that @OB has put a ton of work into this winter to make it even better than what you see below.

@Brady dude if you are not skiing stay home unless you bring a lot of Kilo Kia. No really you need to ski. No matter how you do it is part of the experience.

@MattP That was my first tournament score back in 1981. It was in a bootleg tournament....so I guess that one didn't really happen either. Since then I've scored it a few more times, you know, just to make it official. I haven't scored a zero yet, but there's still time.

@horton, lots of moving parts. Anniversary weekend but wife open to it even though not a skier. Given it is anniversary weekend that negates a solo or ski-buddy only trip. Gotta clear thru work and figure out what to do with kids vs. bring 'em...though then they are missing 3-4 days of school.

On vacation upcoming week so will kick around more with my wife. @OB got me the low-down on local small airports...appears roughly 800 nm from here direct. Working on it...if I can make it work I may be able to get my brother involved as well as a buddy from Chicago.
