Tires to control backwash

On my lake I have tires halfway in the water laying along the bank where I have a backwash problem. It works fine but looks ugly and I have to move them as the water level changes.

I saw the setup the cable lake had in Orlando. They had floating tires to seperate the cable ski area from the wakeboard boats. Would this be better than my setup?

Get some 1's and 2's stone for rip rap. Looks nice and breaks up the wake.

I have always wondered about corregated fiberglass roof sheet. Parralel to shore.

I like natural-looking stuff.

 

There was a 8-ball course near Granville Ohio that had the floating tires, about 25 years ago that I went past one day. Never skied there or saw anyone skiing. Maybe someone out here knows if it worked.
