Stuck in Palm Springs, lookin for a pull

88* and sun ! Won't see that in Seattle till August. Got the next week in PSP and would love to mooch a ski ride. Great at wiping down boats, pulling weeds etc. Once pulled a guy who knew how to ski thru the course and he didn't complain too much.

How long will you be there? I'm out of town much of this week (suffering in Tahoe snow skiing). I should be out in the desert late in the week and some next week. Message me if your times overlap.

We get kicked out of the condo Sat AM, heading for Bako w/Galli @ Gurnetts. Thur or Fri would nail it. Pulled out of Crystal Mtn last Tue and packed away the snow stuff, unless it dumps again at Whistler.

@eleeski Thanks for a super set. You know a tricker is good when he sayes pull the rope if I scream. 5 miles of wagontrail road was worth it. Does that lake have a name ?

@TeamWally I guess I'm getting old when we call it the "new lake" for 15 years. I suppose the proper name is "the new lake at the shrimp farm in North Shore".

 

You actually drove the southern branch of the Old Oregon Trail wagontrail on the way in. Dos Palmas Springs just to the north of my lake was a watering stop for the prospector wagons on the way into LA in the 1800s. The packed out trail is still visible in a few places today!
