Baller markchilcutt Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 @horton or anyone reading? wondering why my home computer isnt allowing me to view certain video on this site? Example is Hortons Quest slow mo video. All i see is half of a blank video screen and the play button its like the video is there but i only have the play button. Thinking i need to run some sort of update on my computer? Thanks for any help

Baller MattP Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 @markchilcutt I will forgive the Windows Vista thing, but IE... really?... That almost deserves a panda. Chrome, FireFox, Safari are all going to out perform better than IE and will be safter for your computer. Try Chrome and let me know if there was a change. Baller MattP Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 @markchilcutt and the browser/machine is up to date? I am using Chrome, but on a Mac and I am not having this problem. @Horton can you check http://ballofspray.com/forum#/discussion/7811/a-little-slow-motion-on-the-d3-quest on your PC and see if you are experiencing the same issue "half of a blank video screen and the play button its like the video is there but i only have the play button". Baller markchilcutt Posted April 9, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 @MattP and @Horton I also see this same thing on the Nate and KC discussion. Who knows prob some setting on my computer not allowing certain video to be viewed? I dought it has to do with BOS. I can click on the video button and i get the audio and play button disappears. Tried Firefox still nota

Baller ral Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 It is probably the video plug in then. I disagree with @MattP, I would forgive IE but not Vista...
Baller Bill22 Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 I have the same problem work. At work I can’t upgrade from explorer, some of the machines are windows 2000 and explorer. You know how IT likes to lock everyone out of basic functions. At home I never have problems with videos, windows 7 & firefox.
Baller MattP Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 @ral that's funny. Windows 8 is the alternative?
Baller ral Posted April 9, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 9, 2013 @MattP, probably a computer running Vista would not be able to run 7 or 8... Vista is the worst system MS has ever released... I would downgrade to XP if I had Vista in a computer.
