Baller GOODESkier Posted April 23, 2014 Baller Share Posted April 23, 2014 Thinking someone might be able to save me some time. Both my lake water temp guages (One on the Nautique factory TACH Digital read out AND the one on the Stargazer Display) read different and non accurate temps. I am basing this on a hydro dam thermometer reading that is down to the hundredth of a degree...... Is there an easy way to calibrate either of these reading/displays in my boat? Boat is a 2003 Nautique with PP SG ZBox that uses the paddle wheel for the temp pick up.

Baller GOODESkier Posted April 25, 2014 Author Baller Share Posted April 25, 2014 I talked to Gary at PP and he told me to push the up/down arrows at the same time when the temp is displayed and it will; go into the calibration menu and cycle through it is in there. Baller lathompson Posted April 29, 2014 Baller Share Posted April 29, 2014 My 2006 SN196LE was 4-5 deg F off, but was fairly consistent. Dealer told me there was no way to calibrate it. My 2013 SN200CB Team seems to be within 1 degree. No obvious way to calibrate it, but I haven't asked the dealer.
Baller GOODESkier Posted April 29, 2014 Author Baller Share Posted April 29, 2014 I calibrated the Perfect Pass Temp gauge tonight. Depressing to cycle the gauge to 43 degrees tonight. Ran an OK 35' OFF on that roller infested iceberg! Take that Columbia River!
