Igor is smoooth. He spent a few years in Houston so I got to see him jump a good bit here. Cool dude. And he's improved a great deal since he left here.

@Tyler_R seriously though. Jumpers' high is like none other. Adrenaline, fear, and accomplishment all in about 2 seconds... talk about efficiency.

It has been over 20 years and I still miss it. NEVER going to do it again but I really miss it.

I stuck to my plan at Regionals and came in after my first jump so could get my overall score only to hear that I missed 3rd place by a foot. I took a lot of crap but my back felt great the next day.

 

Back in 2009 I worked a few months in Houston and Igor pulled me a few times. Didn't get to see him ski until after I left and was very impressed.

I jumped in tournaments last summer for the first time since 1982. The trick is to leave the testoserone at home.

I wanted to jump like Sammy Duvall but reality was I jumped closer to Robert Duvall. It's been about 25 years since I last went over. About once a year I get a slight urge but it quickly goes away.
