What we should not have to be doing is guessing what happened with any of this. Should have been made crystal clear in the email as to what went wrong along with an apology. That's not asking a lot. To be honest, the cancelation letter just seemed abrupt. Maybe that was just a stock email that goes out. Guessing someone had to hit cancel a bunch of times considering the number or orders you must have received. Just figured the cancel letter would have included an explanation of some sort. Totally get the honest mistake. We all make them. Matt did point out it was the weekend and the day on the West coast had not started yet today. But still unclear as to it being the official Radar site or not. Not inconvenienced...little bummed..Radar woulda been seen at my daughters school, tournaments and a host of other functions...a lot. Glad you showed up and cleared it up. And as to the gloves...I'll be buying the Vice gloves again in a few weeks...x2 orders.
