@Hipsup they are Connelly's new Sync binding system. Patented technology that allows the ski to flex naturally because there is a dual-plate system under the foot rather than a single one... and it allows your ankle to move forward but still provides a lot of lateral support.

Thanks @The_Krista , the syncs look interesting but these look like double hard shells maybe on a single plate? It looks like there is a release of some sort at the back of the rear boot.

@gregy The 2016 is slightly stiffer in the tip. Otherwise it is the same ski in a different color.
