what are some of the changes or differences in the 2012 to 2015 txi''s I have been looking at different years, are there any significant changes that would make one year more worth looking at?

2015 moved the engine forward (I think about 4") and that helped the tracking quite a bit. Excellent driving boat. Better steering wheel as well in the 2015. Better throttle in the 2015.

We get a new TXi every year. 15+ was a significant improvement if you're set on that model. That said, the 12-14 are still great boats.

The earlier single spoke steering wheels are awful but easy to replace. That was the first thing I did to my VTX when I bought it. Just make sure you buy it from Malibu and not Livorsi. The Malibu sourced wheel has a splined shaft and the Livorsi branded version has a keyed shaft which requires the tilt unit to be swapped out (ask me how I know)

I think that 2015 was the switch to the Crusader engine rather than Indmar, but might have been 2014

At some point they raised the seat in the TXI a little which I feel made the driving position much better. I am not sure what year though.

2015 the seating position for the driver improved dramatically. I ski a 14 and a 15. In the 14 I feel like I'm sitting on the floor. 15 also tracks better, IMO.
