Rodney1 Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 This area is full of lakes and I noticed a few have courses on them. Does anyone know how they are for skiing? Are they so busy that it is a waste of time? Do they get chopped up with a little wind? Is there a lot of bounce back from the shorelines? I'm hoping to hear from someone who knows or skis these lakes or has contact info for someone who does.
Baller Orlando76 Posted September 25, 2016 Baller Posted September 25, 2016 Maybe contact Velde99 on correctcraftfan.com, he's in LOL but not certain if he's a big skier. I hadn't seen too many if any lakes in FL with bounce back from the shore, especially natural lakes.
Rodney1 Posted September 26, 2016 Author Posted September 26, 2016 Thanks Orlando76. I reached out to Velde99. Busyness is definitely a bigger concern than bounce back. More than one boat on a ski lake is too many, which is probably too much to expect on a public lake. Additional feedback from anyone that knows the area, or knows someone that knows the area would be greatly appreciated.
