That is an very well done video. Frankly, the price seems low for what you get. I’d live there in a nano (1) second.

Beautiful property and well done video. If i lived anywhere near there it would be tempting. How busy is that lake? Looks like a decent number of boats housed there.

If I still lived over there, and not over here in Idaho, I would be seriously looking at that.

@bishop8950 It's actually not nearly as busy as the number of boats lead on. You can have 3 boats in rotation at a time, but that many owners using the lake simultaneously only happens a few times every summer. We definitely never had a problem getting time on the water :)

Amazing place! Price seems too good to be true. Can barely get a decent single family home north of the border in Calgary for that price.
