Towboat Credit All eligible year Approved Towboats participating in USA-WS sanctioned tournaments will receive credit toward Regional and National Tournament participation. For 2018, this includes 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015 boats. a) Credits for quantitatively qualifying for Regionals and Nationals shall be by manufacturer, not by specific model.
