My neighbor was driving her prostar 197 about 30mph and heard a loud noise and the engine quit. She was able to get the boat home to the lift and upon checking one of the blades on the prop was gone.Local marine tech got blade off and found that it had been worked on previously.A new prop was installed and now the rudder won't turn very far to the right and it appears to be out of proper alignment.Could the blade impacted the rudder and caused an issue with the steering. It does not appear to have any marks on the rudder.Any ideas would be helpful........thanks
