Ski Brendella identification fun

So a guy on facebook says that this is his 1996 Ski Brendella. I thought its gotta be 1988-1991

 

From what i recall the 1996 was much different. Thoughts? Did they make a pro comp and shortline comp in 1996.

What year did they switch to calling them MB? Had to be around then, right ? Actually I think MB was pre 96.

My MB was a 2000 so that green one had to be 1997 or so

According to their website MB started in 1993. Were there Brendellas and MBs overlapping a few years?

Yeah, there was some company that ran it, not sure if it changed hands again when it became calabria

They did make a pro comp. it was a foot or so longer and a slightly different bottom.

I had a 1995 that looks just like the picture, whether they continued on to 1996 I don't know.

Just ask him to post a picture of the VIN on the upper RH of the transom. The last two digits are the year of the boat. Case closed.

Where the deck meets the windshield on my 88 is different. It’s NOT an 88.

Does it have the two-part doghouse? I believe they started that in 93.
