Baller ALPJr Posted September 5, 2023 Baller Posted September 5, 2023 Any tips for fixing foam pads in vest that get discombobulated after a set or two?
Baller MDB1056 Posted September 5, 2023 Baller Posted September 5, 2023 best solution of course is to get a vest where they don't move. As far as re-arranging back into position it's just a pain . No magic
Baller BraceMaker Posted September 5, 2023 Baller Posted September 5, 2023 Easier to get back in place dry than wet in my experience and then you can take some nylon thread and do a little X pattern tack stitch in the corners that move. 1
Baller david_ski Posted September 5, 2023 Baller Posted September 5, 2023 I had to do the 180 flip on one of my vest back pads this last week. slalom falls typically doesn’t mess with the pads. On the other hand, trick skiing will do a complete scramble of the vest lower back pad.
Baller skialex Posted September 5, 2023 Baller Posted September 5, 2023 @ALPJr I would use a thread and a needle at the 4 corners and maybe in the middle. Just enough to keep the pads in place. Maybe from the inside of the vest. 1
