The crossover LXR takes features of the world-record-breaking TXi and popular LX models to create an agile towboat equally capable of world-class slalom flats and big, clean wakes.

Malibu's design and engineering team focused on creating a more compact, high-performance package with a practical open bow%E2%80%94as well as an attractive price tag.

The stunning new LXR runs 20 feet and combines features of the four-time world-record-breaking Response TXi and the immensely popular Response LX, which the LXR replaces. The LXR lays down perfect, competition-level slalom wakes, yet it also offers clean, rampy wakes for wakeboarders when you add the Manual Wedge, making it an ideal crossover towboat for families and multisport enthusiasts. As for the power plant, a 350HP 5.7L Monsoon engine comes standard but can be upgraded to the 410 6L or 450 6L.
