  • Regina takes Pan Am Champs gold, Team GOODE sweeps Open Women’s slalom

    Regina Jaquess took gold to lead a Team GOODE sweep of Open Women’s slalom as the 2014 Pan Am Championships concluded today in Bogota, Colombia.

    Regina scored 4-1/2 buoys at 39-1/2 off feet off to set a new Pan Am Championships Women’s record and earn the win. Caroline Hensley (5 at 38) and Erika Lang (4 at 35) finished second and third, respectively, to complete the Team GOODE sweep.

    Regina joins Lori Krueger and Dave Miller as gold medalist GOODE skiers, as they won Women’s and Men’s 45-plus slalom, respectively, earlier in the competition.
