We would like to congratulate SeaDek pro-team rider Ryan Dodd for his impressive first place win at the 58th Masters Water Ski and Wakeboard Tournament. His massive 243 foot jump secured him an easy victory as he soared past the competition in the Masters Men’s Jump category.

The historic jump broke the Masters Course Record, the Canadian National Record, and Ryan’s own personal best record!

Taking place on May 26-28 at the iconic Callaway Gardens on Robin Lake in Georgia, the SeaDek team was on hand to witness all the action as a repeat sponsor, and enjoyed three beautiful days and nights on Pine Mountain with friends, athletes, and other industry leaders.

After speaking with Ryan, we learned that this win was particularly special.

“Nothing can compare to the Masters,” said Ryan. “The pressure, the atmosphere, the crowd, and the loyal waterski fans make this event the highlight of the year for our industry. I feel the pressure at the Masters every year and I love it. For me, the Masters course record, which was over 10 years old, has been super high on my bucket list! All in all I just went on the water to do my best and put a show on for the crowd.”

Congratulations Ryan! We are proud of all your hard work and thrilled to have you as part of the SeaDek family!
