The time has come where everybody just does anything off the water to have fun, stay healthy and recover from the long season we had. Krista and I are in California now and do active recovery and eating a looooooot of good food. It's so nice to be here, spending the time with the family and just relaxing and having fun in a lot of different ways.

On Sunday it was not supposed to rain but of course when the men were supposed to ski the prelims it started raining. So we decided that we just go into the finals which is ok because we done that before. The girls had their finals and everything was looking more than perfect. Than half of the men were jumping and than it happened. Zack was going out and skiing in the worst fog I've ever seen. We couldn't understand how he actually could see the ramp since we couldn't see it. On the last jump he pressed the jump until the landing and hurt his left knee. So bad! We were talking and talking but it seemed like it was good enough for the skier to ski in the fog. Igor went out and had a look and came back in and said that there is no way that we can jump. Not even the boat driver had a chance to see anything. Long story short, after 2 hours of waiting we canceled the competition and everybody was sad that we couldn't really ski in the last tournament even tho everybody was looking forward to it. Now it's time to relax and just have fun living life.

A merry christmas to everybody and stay warm and strong for next season!
