Baller tfriess Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 Hello all, Ive got a 2012 Senate C with 2013 Strada bindings on the sequence plate. I mounted them on the center holes. Not sure if this is correct or not so let me know, or if you have to stock numbers. This is the first time Ive ever set up bindings so any help is appreciated but I think I did it right. Thanks. Baller Brady Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 @tfriess, great question! I will be looking for the answers because I am on the exact same setup with the exception of a different year of the senate c. What size boots do you have? And what size is your senateC? Baller tfriess Posted November 20, 2012 Author Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 That would help, forgot that information! I'm on a 67 with size 11 binders.
Baller MattP Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 While I do not know the exact measurements for that ski traditionally most 67's are set at 29.25 from the tail. With the Strada bindings you measure to the stitch on the rear of the front binder.
Baller tjm Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 I'm pretty sure the numbers for the 67 Senate are .765, 6.850, 2.500, and 29.25boots
Baller Brady Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 @tjm, what are the numbers for a 69 senate c?
Baller igkya Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 I have a 2010 69" Senate C. 30.25" for boots. Other measurements are: Length 6.845, Depth 2.49, DFT 0.86, Wing 8 Degrees. All measurements using tips. Edit: These are factory settings I got from Ryan at Radar.
Baller tjm Posted November 20, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 20, 2012 @brady I don't know
Baller AggieSkier Posted November 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 21, 2012 @brady I'm close to your size and have the Green/Black 69" Senate C with Vector bindings (size 14) set all the way forward. Looks about like 31.5" when I measure with rear boot on. Tried the middle hole and kept moving them forward until I could not go any further. Here are stock settings for 2011 Senate C from another site, wish Radar would do a better job with fin settings on their website. http://www.proskicoach.com/skis/radar/senate_c/2011
Baller MJE Posted November 21, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 21, 2012 @tfriess If I remember correctly, the 2010 and earlier senates were 29.25 and the 2011 and newer are 29.5.
Baller tfriess Posted November 21, 2012 Author Baller Share Posted November 21, 2012 @mje do you just use a basic tape measure to measure the length?
Baller MJE Posted November 22, 2012 Baller Share Posted November 22, 2012 @tfriess yes, a basic tape measure will do. Just measure from the tail of the ski to the lowest stitch line on the heal of the front boot. It's easier to do the first time without the rear boot mounted to the sequence plate.
