Baller waterskigirl Posted April 12, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 12, 2013 I really hate to add more confusion to the marketplace but because the BlackTec full suits are so delayed I wanted to have a full suit choice in the shop. I had the opportunity to bring in new Open Cell 2mm suits from Camaro... These were what they sold for years before titanium and were still sold in Austria until recently I remember reading that some Ballers had them...so I'm looking for feedback if you have/had one what did you like or dislike about it? Baller ral Posted April 12, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 12, 2013 Are these the black ones that were available in 1mm as well? If so, they are great but fragile, as are the Titaniums. Not convinced there is any significant difference other than the color.
Baller waterskigirl Posted April 13, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted April 13, 2013 Yes, they are black inside and out...I ordered the long suits that are 2mm. How about warmth and comfort?
Baller ral Posted April 13, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 13, 2013 Same than the Titaniums IMHO.
Baller gsm_peter Posted April 14, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 14, 2013 What material is used for the opencell? Are they equally soft and durable? When do you have them ready for shippment? What price?
Baller waterskigirl Posted April 14, 2013 Author Baller Share Posted April 14, 2013 They are on they way to me scheduled arrival Tuesday 4/16, since they will be new to me, the best advice is to see what the other Ballers who have them think. Camaro says they are very similar to the Titaniums, no silver coating all black. $180usd
Baller gsm_peter Posted April 15, 2013 Baller Share Posted April 15, 2013 Thanks for prompt answer @waterskigirl If they are newly produced (not using old rubber from storage) and the material is equally excellent (warm, durable, elastic etc) as the Black Tec I am interested. When are the Black Tec expected to arrive? Do they have manufacturing problems or distribution problems?
