Apple users I need a little more info to make BallOfSpray work better

iMAC (osx 10.9) was doing fine until today. Can't login to BOS using Safari, but seems ok with Chrome. No error message, just won't allow me to login. No issues with iPhone (iOS 8).

FYI - Still couldn't login today so I decided to try setting up a login with Goggle. This worked. I then logged out and was able to login using both my username or email.

@Horton‌ I've used private browsing mode and regular browsing mode. No difference on the iPad. Use private mode on my iPhone and it behaves like others have said. I can log in using username/password but it likes to (appear) to log out about 59% of the time if you use the back arrow. Generally if you click "home" you get back to the forum list with the unread threads in bold.

 

You realize your page counts are likely to go down fairly dramatically once this is fix? I suspect I get a new IP address every time I have to log in.

I can't ever log in using my email and password on my ipad!

I can only view the page as a visitor.

@Horton nothing changed on my device so I thought maybe since I just hit my 6th anniversary on BOS that you gave me iPad access again. My MacBook Pro still works fine.

I can't recall any login issues ever...the only oddity I notice is that the time stamp on posts are usually wrong and way off on my IPhone.

 

IMac --> OS X 10.6.8 --> Safari Browser ver. 5.1.10

 

MacBook Air --> OS X 10.7.5 --> Safari Browser ver. 6.1.6

 

IPhone 5 --> 7.1.2

@Horton, no issues last few days. Able to log in/out (using several different account login's) and the "keep me signed in" options works too.

@horton, no issues until today. All was fine this AM, but later in the day when I check BOS, I was logged out (the keep me logged in was checked on my last login a couple of weeks ago). I logged in and all seems fine. Tried both username and email log in's.
