Baller Ali Posted July 25, 2019 Baller Share Posted July 25, 2019 I needed a visitor ski and I got a great deal on a new HO Omni with bindings from Wiley. My nephew was first to try it and loved it, but after only 5 sets the ski started delaminating badly on either side of the tip. Sent Wiley an email with a few photos and they talked to HO. HO sent a new ski direct to me. Had it within a week. Great service from Wiley and HO. We all know things can go wrong. What is important is how shops/companies deal with it. HO has redesigned it and very recently sent me all new including heel, foot-base and toe bar without issue. Just had to sent them a few pics.
