Baller keithh2oskier Posted May 3, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 3, 2020 https://www.perfski.com/radar-2019-unpadded-slalom-gear-bag.html Has anyone used this? I know it's not padded but how does it hold up? Any interior pics? Can't find anything online.
Baller_ lpskier Posted May 3, 2020 Baller_ Share Posted May 3, 2020 I bought a Burton wheelie snowboard bag from Perfski last year to use as a one event bag. It’s a really good bag and I highly recommend it. Lpskier
Baller TFIN Posted May 3, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 3, 2020 This is a great day bag. Holds all your gear together but not so big that it crowds the boat. Our wheelie bag is our ‘out of towner’.
Baller keithh2oskier Posted May 3, 2020 Author Baller Share Posted May 3, 2020 @tfin thanks. Does it have any pockets inside or just is it wide open?
Baller disland Posted May 3, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 3, 2020 I got two one for my son and I. We have been very happy with them. It does not have any interior pockets, which would be nice but overall we like it because it holds everything, even a wet suit if you need one. the straps allow you to carry it over your shoulder which is nice. we use it for daily to the lake and back but it is not a travel bag. Baller keithh2oskier Posted May 3, 2020 Author Baller Share Posted May 3, 2020 Thanks. I dont need a travel bag. @disland do you still use some sort of neo sock for the ski or is it fine in the bag itself? I have a fin block but just not sure if it being in the bag is enough protection for say going in the truck bed.
Baller disland Posted May 4, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 4, 2020 @keithh2oskier just the bag, my son has a fin protector. My truck has a softpad in the bed, not had a problem
Baller thager Posted May 4, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 4, 2020 I hooked bungy cords across the rear of my truck bed. When I carry a ski the tail rests on the bungy which absorbs shocks.
