We got a SIM card to make it easier and more reliable in tournaments... Today I had a software / Carrier update and lost data through SIM card. After a few calls and troubleshooting, it turned out that the update overrode APN settings to ATT instead of ATT through Red Pocket. Configured as @rico said and worked again. Red pocket to AT&T has been working great in Miami and in NH for me. I have heard a few things about folks having trouble but not me, touch wood.
