You are right. You can see what the camera sees for a rated 300 meters. In a neighborhood it could be less due to interference but in the country it is definitely further. I'd love one of the more advanced drones, but for the money it has a lot to offer

Phantom vision has camera control. All camera functions are controlled by your phone. It is pretty awesome.

I have one....I bought the Phantom Vision from B&H photo website. It is awesome. First day I had it, I of course hit a tree when messing with the dog. It ended up in the pool. Dried it out a couple days and it works like new.

That's a sexy boat

I will vote for Texas Hill Country. Austin/San Marcos area. Tons of lakes and lots of participation.

Blake - 28 years old. Learned to ski at 5 or 6 but was off and on through college and high school. Recently got the itch to actually learn to ski well. I joined Muddy Waters last month. Hoover has started trying to break my bad habits and teach me how to ski the course.

Bought an S2 last week or I would have wanted to see it. I have been curious how that ski rides. There aren't places in Houston that demo many brands.

Sounds great....Thanks

The brackish water is what I was afraid of with the SB. My boat isn't outfitted for salt. I had heard good things about the Trinity as well. Is it crowded on the weekends? Looks like private lakes and Trinity are my best bets unless I get a salt water boat. Have y'all skied Conroe during the week? I was told it was ok in the mornings and weeknights.

Thanks for the help. Does any one know a good ramp for putting in on the SB and is it freshwater or brackish?
Do y'all have the contact info for the Highlands lake as well?
I am not familiar with Angel lake, where is that located? Lakes of Katy look nice.
I emailed you hoover

Looking for places to ski in the Houston area. Conroe is all I know. I had heard there was a spot on the San Bernard, but I am not sure where the freshwater spots are, and where a good spot to put in is? Also interested in clubs or ski lakes. I live on the West side of Houston, but will venture out. Really want a regular spot I can ski during the week and weekends.
