I responded to one of the scam BT listings that I wanted their store hours b/c I was coming to buy one of the wake boats.   Crickets.

FYI for ballers looking at Houston area ski lake properties. The one just listed on ski it again, in Lago Santa Fe, for $549,000 is off-water. Off-water homes do not have waterski rights. There is a lakefront home with ski rights “coming soon” though.

Skip Dunlap’s Tumac full waterline covers are lightweight and durable. The synthetic material is much easier to use (lightweight) and to clean than my last 4 or 5 covers (TaylorMade and ski boat covers.com). It doesn’t breathe but has 2 air vents. I recall Commercial Sewing rep at The Masters saying that vents move much more air than a breathable fabric.

On Skip’s recommendation, I use 2 Caframo dehumidifiers plugged into a holiday light timer. I’m in a coastal area and have had zero mold issues.

Gatorbak is great for cradle bunks. A bit more money but one and done. Eliminates annual carpet pressure washer cleaning. The hull appreciates no more chap a$$ from sitting on wet carpet.
