Reacting to a @FWinter crash while in a quiet business meeting.
"Lee, would you like to share something?"

Gloves last longer too

I tend to believe that as fast and effortless skis are these days, everyone should use a wing.
-
It's complete luck if you can find a RTP without customizing
-
I've never known what a company does with a ski used for 2-3 weeks then returned?
-
All turn islands should be blown back to hell

When you look back and see yellow buoys floating around
-
@Ilivetoski I really like Hortons concept.
-
Equal competition. If I can win or lose my division by 7-10 buoys, I'm not interested.
-
I've went round and round trying to figure out why I don't compete? Every year I tell myself I'm going to start attending. All my reason's/excuses boil down to one thing...
I get WAY too much satisfaction from my practice scores. I ski regularly at several different courses in the area, some certified record capable, some not. Some with certified drivers, some not. My buoy count is the exact same regardless of where I ski. I suppose if I only skied one boat, one lake, I might feel the need to prove myself, but at this point I don't have the desire to compete for the primary reason of getting my score on a piece of paper or the internet. I want to go head to head with equal caliber skier and upset them by half a buoy

I like the 2000 better. The 01 I've skied behind had reasonbly small, but brutally hard wakes!!
-
@ToddL our course would be at the bottom of the river in 5 minutes if we tried that in our cove
-
@Mark_Matis a Bimini would be crucial!! Friend of mine talks about a tournament just short of 200 entries on I believe Lake Mayfield in Washington.
-
Driving a tournament would be as fun as skiing to me

My wife wanted me to add a good announcer with a sense of humor is important

If I could get some good fishing in from shore between sets, I think I'd be all in. Sharing time and learning from like minded people is nice, but it gets a just a tad boring. I need to see 39.5 go down, or I need to be catching some nice size bass while chilling.
Practice may not count, but it's still freaking gratifying!

Baby found his bottle

@Deep11 will we be able to watch it on rerun?
-
I've also noticed when people are told they're pulling too long, they end up letting off, losing their angle and come in to the buoy narrow
-
In my opinion its "be more patient in the turn" I've seen a lot of people take this tip and end up 25 feet down course
-
My son is starting to get serious about the course and I'm attempting coach him. It got me thinking, what's the most commonly misunderstood slalom advice?
-
@So_I_Ski I meant to say wingspan.
-
Guessing Terry reaches around 5'10ish wingspan, Nate around 6'3ish wingspan. The skinny kid still beats everybody
-
Good job!! Accept you have to try the next length after running your first full pass. I refuse to let someone back in the boat till they take a stab at the next line
Where did you ski this weekend/week thread.
