  1. @NickD that is great that you guys will be back on the water now! Beautiful looking SN196 too.

Did you get a quote from Boaters Insurance Agency?

  2. So I have been reading this from the start, but now I have a question as things sound like it may change.

It sounds like a change will be able to be made to all systems? Just asking because I don't even have r revision installed. And if this is as good as everyone says then I want in on the goods and I am sure everyone else will too!

  3. White Lake, Michigan. Public lake, it can be interesting out there! Pictures taken from my friends drone during our inaugural teach people to ski/learn the course event with our lake association!

  4. I think either would be a good choice. I am currently on a Q45 and absolutely love it. 15-22 at 36mph right now and flirting with 6 ball at 22. I haven't skied a H2 but, the Q45 was a huge improvement for me over the A3 I had. The ski is extremely predictable and stable as mentioned through the entire course. Moves out from the wakes very nice and into the turn very good. It does have an arch turn, but can be turned very quick if needed. Holds edge very good and is as fast as anyone would need imo.

So I guess what I am trying to say is that if you feel like you are slightly uncomfortable through the course then the Q45 might be the better choice because it will for sure add stability and confidence to your skiing. It won't punish you for making a mistake.

But I also 100% agree with @TEL for demo'ing skis. Everyone is different so you may not feel the same about either ski as we do. I know that is tough when buying on SIA. Trying to find a skier or shop near by that has either ski would be very beneficial though.

  5. Sunrise at my parents cottage in Northern MI. Growing up it was always my dream to be able to have my own boat to take up there when visiting, dream came true a lot sooner then expected! No course, but miles of perfect free skiing in the morning

  6. @gt2003 that is good news about the original boat you posted about. That looks like a beautiful boat too! Adding some lead weight in the bow helps a lot with tracking that the motor shift forward in the 15+'s accomplishes.

@rodecon it is modeled after the stock Malibu cup holders they came out with in 2015 at 1/3 of the cost. He designed it better then Malibu's too IMO because the cup holders are more tucked back towards the engine cover so it is less in the walkway. But you can still open/close the cover with no issues. One of the best things I have bought for our boat. My wife LOVES it!

  7. I am upgrading from my front Strada boot this winter. Has anyone had any good water time with the new Supershell? I think you can still get the old style but, I figured I would check to see how the new system is working.

    TIA!
