  1. im actually doing this post for my brother. all of the comments and everything in this discussion is being done by my brother. he is riding a green vapor but the tip has cracked. he is getting another one for warranty but the deal is get a green one for free or pay an extra bit of money for the blue one. this is written by myself the real goodeski123(not my brother)

@Horton I agree my brother makes me want to turn into a panda all of the time.

  2. @swc5150 I recommend to choose a brand and then just choose the best and the top end ski of that brand. you are at shortline=good so you need the best possible ski you can get. Im not sure if its different where you live but in Australia here everyone who is in 12 or 13/35 or 32 they have the top end ski of a certain brand.
  3. @GOODESkier I agree I love my goode xt. its very smooth and quick but once you get to the buoy it slows right down, I love it. I found instently that I don't have to load and put in as much effort when I cut , the only thing is is that im only 12/100 lbs, I only slalom into deep 28 off and I was trying a new sized ski so that may have reasoning for the effortless cutting. Perhaps you should go for the xtm. ive noticed that the 34 mph short line skiers and big dawg skiers go with the xtm, as it sits higher in the water and at 34 sometimes you just need that little bit more speed through the wake which gets you nice and wide. I find goode skis a very consistent, smooth, effortless ski.

this is just my opinion though @sws5150

  4. A fair while a go someone told me to use sprectra for my trick rope, he said it will get my flips more consistent. This has made me wonder what the difference is between spectra rope and normal rope?. I know that normal rope stretches more than spectra but how does this effect your skiing performance on the water? And what is the benefits for spectra? I haven't tried spectra yet but if you recommend it i'll whip up a new spetra rope and try it out.

    thx

  5. my pb is 16.1metres but I think Im jumping around high 17's in practise.

    I go at 42 km/h with 3/4 cuts

im 12 in the under 14 boys age division

I went over a jump for the first time about 1 1/2 years ago but we only have about 2 jump sets a year, luckily our ski club just got a jump about a month ago so we have been trying to go down once a week.

    thx

  6. for the level you are at the P6 would be perfect, but once you get addicted to slaloming through a course it my be a little hard to turn and bouncy threw the wake at the higher speeds(32,34). I remember when we got into skiing and we were just going to go around free skiing, but once we went threw the slalom coarse we got addicted and it became our fulltime sport.
  7. Ozski resort has good coaches, a beach very close, many shops, many bike riders riding around, and there should be something to do with tennise their. It is awesome their, we go for holidays their all the time. its very relaxing
