Super excited to see this develop. I recently moved to the valley on the north end and have been skiing/boating my whole life. While I appreciate the space I recently upgraded to, I am very interested in somehow supporting the community.

In addition to all these challenges, you run into the same problem with the boat. There isn't ONE boat that meets all those desires either.

As a resident in the area and a potential buyer of this type of site, I am very interested in seeing how this turns out. I do see a few things that I personally would like and dislike but I wish I had a lake from WI but live in UT. :)
