  1. I am moving to the Portland area in the beginning of June and am looking for places to ski while I'm there. I have already heard of Warman lake and have contacted Matt McCuddy, but wanted to see if there were any other lakes relatively close. If you know of any please let me know and if you have contact information that would be much appreciated. TIA

  3. I have the opportunity to get a sportube 1 for $25, or a sportube 3 for around $130 (or both). Is there a major difference between the two that would justify getting the 3 over the 1? What are the differences between them?

  5. @UWSkier we resell the boat to a private dealer after each year. So far we haven’t had many issues trying to find a buyer and fingers crossed for this year. The sad thing is, is I do not think a ski Nautique would fit in our boat house so it’s either a 200 or a Prostar until we get a new boat house.
  6. It has come to the time in the year where our collegiate team needs to make a new purchase on a ski boat. We currently have a 2019 Nautique 200, and have had a 2018 Pro Star before that. Each year we put around 500 hours on the boat. Does anyone have some insight on the new models and which would one would be better (yes I know this will be opinion based). I currently enjoy the user interface and hydrogate that Nautique offers, but some problems have arose in our current boat, even with it being so new, that I would not like to have again. Any and all insight/suggestions is much appreciated.
  7. So I'm a big sports fan and spend quite a bit of time watching TV on ESPN, Fox Sports, and really any channel. I've seen a variety of lame sports like corn hole, dodgeball, and even axe throwing and I believe that waterskiing would be a much better alternative to those. ESPN used to cover waterskiing and it was even in the XGames in 2015 when Freddy Krueger jumped 312 feet for ski fly but I'm curious as to why they don't give this sport any coverage any more. I believe people would truly enjoy watching a three event tournament such as the Malibu open or even Worlds as opposed to the above mentioned sports.

I just put mine in to my 2016 Vapor (thanks Purdue waterskis and Denali Skis for sending them to All-Stars). My first set on was amazing. Turning on my offside was incredible and surprisingly easy. I also finally felt like I could crank my inside turn without the thought of blowing out the tail. This fin is some thing special. I'm fairly confident I can be getting way farther up the line with this ski.
