Nolan Ryan’s last year pitching was with a full thickness Cuff tear…still threw 90….?

Let Dano the Mano call Wakeboarding and turn down the volume! Tony for everything else!

You have an associated labral tear which often is seen in conjunction with biceps pathology. Depending on what is done to the labrum, debridement or repair, will guide your rehab as well. Good luck!

Just read a study on the 2 procedures for CME, tenotomy with increased risk of Popeye deformity, less downtime, tenodesis less popeye issues but not 100% and longer recovery. No difference in strength, cramping etc

Great! Good luck with it!

Good luck, it won’t be near $25,000. What insurance plan? You could also enroll in a study if there is one in your area. Just some thoughts, good luck!

Yep, most health plans don’t cover it yet, deemed experimental as there is no long term data. The cost will b passed on to you, not sure of the cost. Could buy some time before a shoulder arthroplasty.

How about the Jr’s?

Anyone ride a 65 @ 36? Interested in your thoughts and setup.
Thanks, Greg

Look up Stuart McGill, PHD from Canada. He has a couple books out with common sense and good research behind it with a ton of exercises and a video going through things as well. Takes a completely different look at back pain, anatomy, rehab etc.
Good luck!

Hey Mike, when will the 2022 Radar boots be shipped? Ordered about a month ago. Still cold here, so no hurry, just curious. Thanks!

Glad to hear he made it back, great guy!

Who coaches there now?

LOL!
I actually got a “WTF” on the above post. Not quite sure if that’s good or bad?
Have a nice evening ya’ll.

The questions you have to ask yourself, does it hurt or cramp excessively? If yes; consider a tenodesis. New studies indicate No strength difference but increased cramping in those not fixed.Distal tears need to b fixed, no question.
