My concern would be if he had an accident. Boat is still in your name means potential liability issues. The only way out of that would be if you had a legal document signed by both parties stating that you were no longer the owner. That would be my sole concern.

We can all argue about the merits of ZO and whether it is good or bad.Â The one thing that it has caused is dissension and that is the 1 thing this sport did not need.Â Anyone who thinks 3 event skiing is not dying must be in a cave.Â ZO has not helped the sport 1 iotta IMO.
