I've managed to break the spring on my Goode Powereshell bindings. I'd like to find an easy replacement. Does anyone have the specs for the spring?

I think of breathing like tennis players - exhale behind the boat and inhale at the turn. Make a noise to force the exhale.

I AM a women skier. I LOVE my D3. I skied a D3 rose for several years - just switched to a D3 Z7 ST Diamond. It is soft and forgiving, and I'm skiing a lot more consistently with it. I am getting my 32/15 pass more consistently and working on a 32/22 (I am old - no 34 mph needed).

 We were in Arizona earlier this week and looked at Lake Pleasant - big open public lake.  It was pretty - but we are addicted to the buoys.......

I heard about Todd this weekend at a lake rental.  I'd love to hook up with him if anyone knows how to connect.  We will be in AZ this week "checking it out".

We just might have to build a lake near Prescott.  The sunshine sounds good - be we ski year round.  A little rain or snow never hurt anyone (hee hee hee)
