  1. We have a SN 200 and it as a 5.7L and we moved to a new lake last year near sea level but the lake is a very short set up and we had a change to try a 6L and it made a difference. So now is it better to sell a boat with 150 hours and trade for 6L or repower to 6L and sell the 5.7 thanks for any ideas
  2. @Aswinter05 we have a short setup too and looking at getting a SN200 but need to know if the 5.7 343 would have enough power to get up too speed or do we to upgrade to the 6.0 409. Good luck on your search.
  3. Looking to upgrade to a SN200.

Would like some feed back on short lake setup around 1800' long full 6 balls course with a Ski Nautique 200 (near sea level)

    343 (5.7 w/1868, 654, 422 prop)

     vs

    409 (6.0 w/654, 422, 668 prop)

Which combo has the best acceleration engine and prop without ripping off your arms and still skis good?

Is there that much difference is acceleration pulling a skier?

    Have a 196 w/5.7 - 330hp now

Is the 409 worth the extra $$

  4. I guess what I'm was trying to say to is after all these years of skiing thinking I would never get tired of it but Im a little burned out took off for 6 months and still don't get the drive to ski like I once did and this is all in the past 2 years..

Then when I see the boat sitting there that is alot of $$ sitting around that could make be some more $$ but if I sell the boat imight never want to buy a new one since this sport is getting to pricy lately..

But if I didn't ski would I miss it ???
