Remember when O'Brien put an piezoelectric transducers on their skis back in the mid-90s, ostensibly to dampen chatter? That was pretty silly, but how about using one to monitor frequency/rebound in real time while skiing?🤔

I use a Camero Blacktech top that is absolutely incredible. I still don't understand how something so thin a flexible can keep me so warm. Only downside is it's pretty fragile. Just need to be super careful with it.

That was the 2nd near miss of the day. It might be "normal" but it's a very bad accident waiting to happen.

One of the ladies nearly hit the ramp as well. Can't remember who, but I definitely remember thinking wow, that was really close!

Also, that was one of the more entertaining days of skiing that I can remember! 

I guess Nate didn't want to go last? That 41 was pretty much as good as it gets.

I haven't had to break loose mounting screws on a ski yet, but this stuff has saved me in other seized screw situations

Yep, PTM FTW. Crazy expensive but nothing compares. Upgraded my 200 with one about 3 years ago, and now I can see the skier on both sides through the mirror!

If you have a way to start from a beach, try that in a couple feet of water with someone helping him out keeping steady and getting up when the boat "slowly" takes off.

Nate had to make sure he matched Cale's 1@43.

Gotta say, the lake that Cale and Nate grew up on is very aptly named.

I was skiing with some friends. The gentleman ran up the line through 41 at 36. We figured he would either be done or run it back. He asked for us to cut the rope and slow the boat down. We sat back and watched with zero expectation and 6 buoys later the 3 of us in the boat were asking each other what the hell just happened. 

The driver is a rated driver. The site is "L" capable. I am not saying the boat path would have passed. I have no freaking clue because my head was just going side to side with pure amazement. It was a spur of the moment thing that somehow happened. 

When I had my '92 SN, I upgraded to the Acme 422 and it really helped smooth out the rooster tail at 15-22, 34-36mph, which is where I spent most of my time back then.

@dnewton you just gonna drop that without a name?

@ETskier Nate chose to run 41 in a tail wind last weekend. You dont think he had getting further down 43 in mind?
