  1. it happened while skiing, went soft at 2 ball then slammed on my face at the first wake, Goode have replace it, and I am sure you all know, skis break, just unfortunate that this one was mine, used factory inserts, just to clarify this is not a dig at Goode, it is a "fcuk look at this" moment
  2. I know that with zero off every pass is the same, bouy to bouy, gate to gate, that has taken away one more variable and left me with only the top 8 inches to worry about, I have had a new ski each of the last 3 years and each has been better than the last I recently tried the A3, X7 and 2013 strada and N1(been on all season) and they all gave me the same bouy count just did the work n different places on the course, which ever way you look at it ZO and the new range of ski's has upped the game...
  3. @mapple @ed

I'm a pb, 3@13m 55kph, the Mapple worked awesome for me at 52kph, 55kph 16m, did not try any 14's as I only had 2 sets, I felt like i had been riding it for months from my second pass, it turns so hard is wickedly stable, and creates sooo much space before the bouy at all those speeds, I bought a nano 1 in October if I tried the two side by side I would have bought the Mapple, purely based on the fact I felt right at home straight away, while the Goode has taken a while to get used to. I would recommend for all to try it.

  4. Last night I was fortunate enough to get 2 sets on a 66.75 Mapple 6.0, and wow holy smoke, what a ski, I'm currently on a Goode nano 1 and matched my current bouy count in my first set, it turns so hard and never let's go, is incredibly fast and ohh so stable... Any one want to buy my nano one? ;-) it crated so much width, and holds so much speed through the turns... Simply mind blowing..... Well done @mapple and thanks Aidan for opportunity to ski on it.

  5. salesman speak... cash in the bank is good for winter especially if you want to sell it, the buyer may not be around in summer, qualify them though and say... "as long as the boat does what its supposed to do and is in the stated condition you will buy it and hand over the cash at the end of the ski"... at least youll know if they are serious and thne its their job to clean it afterwards. in my experience people who want to test boats in adverse conditions are usually pretty keen to part with the cash
  6. I tried for 4 weeks to get along with my 65.25 nano one, some times ok most of the time worst ski ever, I'm 195lbs ski at 34 mph, after lots of help and patience from the team at Goode, they sent me a 66.75, and holy smoke what a difference, ,best ski ever, it's stays in front easier, that offside Turn is amazing, and the speed across course and through the turn wicked, after 3 sets on it I'm 8 buoys better than the 65.25. My most favourite ski of all time.... Thanks Goode,
  7. @Gregy i'm in the process of converting my 08 response to zero off, as far as I am aware 2005>indmar engines in malibus were drive by wire, so the conversion is new e controls ecu, zero off , and a pigtail wire loom adapter from Malibu, it's cost me around $3k usd exc freight, I don't think you will be able to convert the 99 indmar without major expense,
