Does skiing with an Anti-Roll (ARS) handle and/or a smaller diameter handle alleviate elbow pain? A skier who has been experiencing elbow pain ordered a handle from me and he wants me to string it up in the Anti-Roll System and he went with a smaller diameter, from a 1.00 to a .930, in hopes of eliminating elbow pain.

Simply changing to a bent handle (any brand) will alleviate elbow pain. Nick Parsons, 2013 ski season, changed to a bent handle because he had elbow pain. I thought he was too young to have elbow issues, but there you go. He told me Rossi uses a bent handle also. Nick is the first pro skier I have ever strung up a bent handle for. It's best to ski with a straight handle but if elbow pain becomes an issue then switch to a bent handle and the pain will disappear!

Brenda here with In Tow. Based upon Gordan's slalom instruction expertise, I view the spectra rope as being a good training tool for 15', 22', & 28'. So, I offer spectra sections that can be attached to your slalom mainline to replace the polypropylene sections. This is much the same slalom training mindset as my mid loops; it's all about getting from one line length to the next! Spectra rope, with its zero stretch characteristic, is not conducive for short line skiers.

Brenda here with In Tow. My ropes that I have seen after months or years of use have been twist free. I'm working with Bruce Emery (July 14 post) to see what I can do to alleviate his twisting problem with regard to the arm guard. I have started a blog on slalom mainlines to address slalom mainline issues. slalommainlines.blogspot.com
